My Philosophy

Τo explore all facets of yourself is a journey that leads you to your authenticity as an individual.

It can be a challenging and sometimes solitary path. Sharing your thoughts in a therapeutic environment can illuminate this experience.

As a psychologist, I am dedicated to supporting you on your journey towards mental well-being. With a blend of empathy and expertise, I focus on understanding your unique experiences and helping you perceive yourself as you desire.

Whether you seek guidance through life's challenges or aim for personal development, I am here to offer you a safe and empathetic space.

My experience

During my undergraduate and postgraduate internships, I collaborated with various organizations in Greece, working at both individual and group levels.

Specifically, I worked with the Support Center "ARISIS," where I participated in the psychological and psychosocial support team for refugees.

I also collaborated with the Psychologists' Office at the Psychiatric Wing of Achillopouleio Hospital in Volos, providing individual psychological support sessions to the broader community.

Finally, I worked with the Day Center "PEPSAEE" in Athens, offering psychological support services on an individual and group level to individuals facing difficulties due to isolation during the pandemic.

My research experience focuses on qualitative methodology, exploring telecommuting and motherhood amidst the pandemic.

Professionally, I have collaborated with Social Welfare Services, working with adolescents.
