“Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul be just another human soul”
Carl Jung.
In my mental health practice, I embrace an integrative approach centered on creating a unique form of treatment for each individual that will best suit their needs and goals. Understanding that for some people seeking psychological support is a big step, I offer a non-judgmental, confidential, compassionate and professional therapeutic environment.

At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship; a relationship based on trust, understanding and genuine human interaction.
Each person comes to the therapy room with their own story, experiences and circumstances, so each collaboration is unique and takes shape according to the predicament and needs of each person. I see therapy as a journey of exploration: getting to know and understand ourselves more deeply, noticing the patterns that keep us stuck, understanding what we need, and discovering what meaningful change might look like for us.
My main therapeutic framework is Schema Therapy, which I find particularly useful for understanding and overcoming longstanding unhelpful patterns that prevent us from living our best lives.
I work integratively, also drawing from Person-Centred, CBT, Systemic and Attachment approaches depending on the person and their goals.

Quote: ‘The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are. I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become’ Carl Jung
In my mental health practice, I work from a person-centred approach believing that every person has the innate capacity for growth, healing, and self- understanding when offered a safe and authentic therapeutic relationship.
My work is grounded in empathy, compassion, and genuine connection, creating a space where individuals feel heard, accepted, and understood without judgment.
I integrate different therapeutic perspectives to support each individual’s unique needs, helping them deepen self-awareness, navigate life’s challenges, and move towards a more authentic and meaningful way of living.”
I believe that therapy is not about “fixing” a person, but about creating a compassionate and collaborative space in which they can reconnect with themselves.
Within this safe therapeutic relationship, growth, insight, and meaningful, authentic change can gradually emerge.
