Counselling Psychologist

There are times when life can feel uncertain, heavy, or difficult to make sense of. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where what feels difficult or unclear can be explored at a pace that feels right.
My approach is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, and humanistic/person-centred perspectives. I adapt the work to each person’s needs, experiences, and goals, combining reflection with practical support when helpful.
I work with adults, couples, and older adults experiencing anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, work or career challenges, socioeconomic stress, and other emotional concerns.

What’s left unspoken becomes a heavy weight deep in our hearts and minds. Gradually, it can also isolate us in fear of what may follow if the truth is told.
Will others understand what I feel? Will I be hurt again? Will I be exposed to people who matter to me? And then, how will I deal with these? In the safety of therapy, truth can heal enduring wounds and enhance our understanding of painful or unpleasant emotions.
Truth can free, lighten, and
enable us to find and embrace our true selves. Subsequently, it can allow one to move on with their life purposefully and with inner peace.
